Nearly two years ago we released Mys/Kela by a newish Stockholm-based producer who had put out a couple tracks on a couple labels―Studio Barnhus and Local Talk―owned by friends from around town. That producer’s name was HNNY and a lot has happened since then, both to him and to us. He’s gone on to crank out more L.T. 12″s as well as some he’s dropped on his Yummy and Puss imprints, we’ve gone on to unleash a couple dozen more records and see the list of talent we’ve hosted at our parties grow to astounding length. Somehow, through it all, we managed to stay close with HNNY, who’s real name is Johan Cederberg, and even book him for a couple NYC gigs. The friendship that began so humbly and gently in 2013 has blossomed.
