ALE002 is Ingram Marshall’s Fog Tropes/Gradual Requiem, an essential piece of minimalism/modern composition by a former student of Morton Subotnik, using tape delay, Serge synth and foghorn field recordings from the San Francisco Bay. Has been used in a number of films, and includes John Adams as a conductor, who also contributes sleeve notes.
