Ahead of Mr. Scruff’s fourth album for Ninja Tune, ‘Friendly Bacteria’, Detroit’s Andrés (Mahogani Music / Slum Village), Royalty & AD Bourke, as well as Scruff himself, re-work album cut ‘Render Me’ featuring Denis Jones. To celebrate the release, Mr. Scruff and friends will play a special album launch party at The Roundhouse in London, featuring a headline performance from himself as well as Portico Quartet, Matthew Halsall Trio and Denis Jones, plus special guests to be announced. • Mr. Scruff’s previous full length, 2008’s ‘Ninja Tuna’, sold over 40K units and his legions of fans have been patiently awaiting a follow-up.
