The Raw Ten is a collaboration between Pittsburgh Track Authority and Nic Offer of !!!. ”Funny Thing” is the first release by Raw Ten, a brand new collaboration uniting Pittsburgh and New York City for maximum dancefloor devastation. Following the path laid down by Inner City so many years ago, “Funny Thing” is a vocal techno beast ready to do damage in the sets of deejays from deep underground all the way up to more mainstream. Everyone will be vibing together in dance thanks to the soulful vocals of Lou Tanning alongside classic techno chords, but with banging drums and production values that could only come from today. In case the original wasn’t enough, Detroit’s Church Boy Lou was enlisted for the remix, and it is a dubbed out jacking monster itself.
