Happiness is something you either have or don’t at any point in time. Looking at the grim line-up of the Finnish old-school graveyard creeping funksters, The Soul Investigators, one would assume these times might be at short supply. That or the album title of the latest Nicole Willis LP would be at least a tad ironic.
